JEC sanitary lobe pumps are ideal for applications involving viscous liquids where a gentle pumping action is desired. JLobe pumps are also . Every feature of the pump has been designed for rapid disassembly allowing for ease of maintenance, inspection, or manual cleaning.
Forward facing seals are in direct contact wtih CIP fluids, allowing for an exceptionally sanitary design, this combined with a standard 0.8µmRa surface finish (0.4µmRa also available), 316L wetted materials, and EHEDG certification, customers can be assured of the highest levels of sanitary performance.
In order to cover a wide range of applications JEC rotary lobe pumps can be fitted with single and double mechanical seals. Also available are double o-ring seals and lip seals. For abrasive applications the pump internals can be hardened. A wide range of suction and discharge port fittings are available as atandard.
Bi-wing lobes are fitted as standard, offering excellent performance on both viscous and non-viscous fluids, tri, single, and multi lobes are also available, and can be interchanged between same sized pumps. JEC also offers an ultra-clean design pump series for critical sanitary applications and tanker pumps for loading/unloading applications. Furthermore JEC now offer a drop in replacement model for Waukesha lobe pumps, with no modifications required to the existing pump assembly.
