Established in 1990 JEC pumps have become a leader in supplying pumps for all sectors of the beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. Based on a low energy consumption design, with absolute reliability in mind. This has lead to a highly efficient pump with perfect CIP performance and low noise levels.
The increased pump efficiency is achieved by using a double curved impeller which reduces friction and a turbulence in the pump housing. This also leads to better overall suction performance (lower NPSH requirements) and a gentler pumping action.
The unique front loading mechancial seal can be accessed by simply removing the front pump housing, allowing for quick maintenance without disconnecting the pump from the discharge pipe-work.
JEC centrifugal pumps can be fitted with a wide variety of suction/discharge ports, including; RJT (dairy) and Tri-Clover Ferrules. To further cover a wide range of applications, differing mechanical seal configurations can be supplied. As standard the pump is fitted with silicon-carbide(SiC) versus carbon seals, however full SiC seals can be fitted. Flushed seals are also available for difficult sealing applications
